He is an extraordinary doctor with impeccable behavior. Extremely well mannered staff and associate doctors. Have been consulting him for 15 years now and have only good things to say about him.

He is down to earth and has no regret in treating any class of families whether it's high end or low level he has the same attitude and gratitude for every one from 10yrs.

Dr. Shetty and his assistant doctors are extremely polite and sympathetic toward patients. The doctor is always ready to explain and answer questions and provides confidence in the treatment as well as make you feel you are in good hands.

Very kind & polite, devoted staff and perfect diagnosis with treatment . Dr. Nitin Sethi & team has been rendering good service. I have told my family & friends that I am without any doubt in safe hands - his diagnosis/prognosis has been very satisfying for all my near and dear ones.

I would never recommend Clinic as its a was not worth the money and time .i had a very horrifyin expensive in this Clinic. I had consulted this Dr Nitin Shetty for a routine eye check up and the Doctor had asked me to get my power tested. But, as my eyes were dilated that day, Anish had asked me to come after 3 -4 days . There is only one person in this Clinic who assists the doctor for Power Check up and his name is Anish. I have paid almost twice after that but Anish is to correct my Power. I have made several calls to this Clinic during the past 3 weeks but I am yet to find a solution. He keeps postponing it. The Staff here don't seem to be qualified enough to handle this. The service here is very sub standard. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am visiting this doc almost every 6-12 months since last 3 yrs for regular eye checkup and its great so far. I was extremely annoyed with docs whose prescription keep giving me headaches and finally his prescription took me out of all the issues. His depth of checkup is good and it usually takes times as he triple sure that his prescription is correct. Also provides long term take care advice.

It usually takes an appointment 1 week in advance so make sure to do that. He can take urgent appoints to on request basis as its not written in stone.

Retina clinic is good and small place based on my experience with it. Finding car parking is extremely easy because of its location and is just 1 min job.

I am writing on behalf of my father who went to consult Dr Shetty. My father was extremely pleased to meet him. He was courteous, meticulous, and most importantly explained the problem to my father well. Since my father did not have a problem with his retina, the doctor recommended him to visit a cornea specialist. He did not even take fees from my father because he could not treat him completely. We do not come across such doctors very frequently. Would highly recommend Dr Shetty to anyone with eye problems.

I visited Dr Shetty for my severe eye infection (Herpes Zoster) in November 2017. He is extremely polite, humble and listens to concerns with full patience. He explained me about my infection and course of treatment which lasted for about a month. I was regularly followed up in my treatment and once the infection was gone Dr Shetty has suggested to visit Cornea specialist for further treatment. Overall my experience with Dr Shetty was excellent.
